- Monthly fee: $100 USD after a 3-day free trial
- Auto-renewed unless canceled
- No partial or prorated refunds
6. Trial Use Policy
Each user is entitled to one 3-day trial. Multiple trials or abuse of this feature is prohibited.
7. No Refunds
We have a strict no-refund policy. Please ensure you cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
8. Member Behavior and Community Ethics
All members must behave professionally and respectfully. No hate speech, bullying, or spam. Violations will result in removal without refund.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All materials including charts, strategies, support/resistance levels, videos, and written content are the exclusive property of Strategic Trading Journey. Reproduction is prohibited.
10. Server Rules
- No promotions or third-party ads
- No spam or self-invites
- No scraping, bots, or AI tools without permission
11. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activities under your account.
12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user violating our policies, without notice or refund.
13. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies agreement to the most recent version.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any trading losses, data errors, or third-party actions.
15. Performance Disclaimer
Trading involves risk. We do not guarantee profitability or financial results.
16. Affiliate Programs
We may promote platforms via affiliate links. We only affiliate with trusted providers we use ourselves.
17. Moderator Authority
Moderator decisions are final. Public disputes or harassment will result in removal.
18. Privacy Policy Summary
We collect only minimal personal data and do not sell your information. Data is used for communication and service delivery only.
19. Participation Consent
By joining community events, you agree to being recorded for educational purposes if applicable.
20. Use of Testimonials & Feedback
Feedback shared publicly or via DM may be used in testimonials or marketing with or without attribution.

23. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.

Do not share or repurpose any community-exclusive educational material externally.
25. Downtime Policy
We are not liable for downtime or outages due to platform maintenance or Discord outages.
26. User Responsibility for Posted Content
